It's to determine the ability of the module to withstａnd thermal mismatch, fatigue and other stress caused by repeated changes of temperature and to determine the ability of the module to withstａnd the effects of high temperature and humidity followed by sub-zero temperatures . this is not a thermal shock test

3.Temperature humidity control
3.1 Temperature control range : -50oC~+85oC
3.2 Humidity control range:20%~85%R.H(at +20~+85oC)
3.3 Temperature fluctuation :≤±1oC
3.4 Temperature uniformity : ≤2.0oC
3.5 Temperature deviation : ≤±2.0oC ( high temperature running),≤±3.0oC ( low temperature running )
3.6 Humidity deviation :≤±3%R.H (at +20~+85oC)
3.7 Rise and down temperature speed rate: rise and down speed rate can reach 1-3oC/min
4.It has measurement and record module temperature's machine, accurate prefer±1oC, temperature sensor placed middle's front or back surface of module , if more modules meanwhile testing, only need to monitor one module's temperature for representative
