本產(chǎn)品主體為球閥與蝶閥的結(jié)合，主要結(jié)構(gòu)類似蝶閥，而閥芯為部分球體即閥芯取球體實(shí)際有效的一部分即密封面附近的一部分，閥座為串動(dòng)環(huán)體，閥芯轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)中心與球體中心不同心。剖面圖上可見球體的弧面與環(huán)錐面接觸的點(diǎn)與球中心形成的垂足都不與環(huán)錐面剖線垂直，換言之，閥座密封面不是球體的切線形成的連續(xù)面。有反向作用壓力或反向作用壓力大于正向作用壓力時(shí)形成反壓差，閥座串動(dòng)自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償密封間隙，使之達(dá)到雙向密封。作用壓力越大，雙向密封的效果越好。
