本設備主要用于各類電力導電桿冷擠成型，設備采用伺服電機驅動，同步精度高，水平缸推板采用浮動式結構，上缸壓下時，如工作臺板有輕微變形，浮動推板帶動沖頭座可跟隨臺板上下浮動，避免沖頭彎曲。為減少工作臺板彈性變形，臺板作調質處理。本機兩種工作模式，上缸鎖模，兩水平同步擠壓，或上缸擠壓，水平不工作，成型后下缸頂出產品。
