液相色譜-串聯質譜法快速測定食品中的
采用超高壓液相色譜-電噴霧串聯四極桿質譜建立了醬油、醋和可樂中的的快速檢測技術,為相關中毒事件的樣本分析提供方法學依據。方法食品樣本用水稀釋后經C18固相萃取小柱凈化, Waters ACQUITY UPLC CSH Fluoro-Phenyl色譜柱分離,以0.1%乙酸水和乙腈溶液為流動相梯度洗脫,最后用液相色譜-串聯四極桿質譜儀在負離子MRM模式下測定。結果目標化合物在2.0~1000μg/L范圍內線性良好,相關系數r2大于0.99。以醬油、醋和可樂為加標基質,在50、100、200μg/kg三個加標水平下的平均回收率為82.4%~107.1%,相對標準偏差小于20%,方法的檢出限為10μg/kg,定量限為25μg/kg。結論該方法操作快速簡單、靈敏度和重現性較好,成功用于兩起中毒事件的樣品檢測。
