每次測試開始和結(jié)束驗證干擾和背景校正因子,另外每20個樣品必需進行檢測。標液CL-INT-A1,稀釋20倍,為溶液A,標液CL-INT-A1稀釋20倍再加標液CL-INT-B1稀釋100倍后混合,為溶液AB。溶液A和溶液AB用于見的干擾檢測。一旦兩種溶液配制好,需連續(xù)分析,從溶液A開始。

Two solutions are required for the most common interference check: Solution A, the interferents alone (CL-INT-A1) and Solution AB, a combination of interferents (CL-INT-A1) and analytes (CL-INT-B1). Solution A is prepared by diluting CL-INT-A1 20-fold. Solution AB is prepared by diluting CL-INT-A1 20-fold and CL-INT-B1 100-fold; for example, 5 mL of CL-INT-A1 and 1 mL of CL-INT-B1 into a 100 mL volumetric flask, brought to volume with a matrix blank . Once prepared, the solutions should be analyzed consecutively, starting with Solution A.
