LW系列臥式螺旋卸料沉降離心機工作原理Operating principle
懸浮液從進料管經(jīng)布料體分配進入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，較大比重的因相顆粒在離心力場的作用下，加速沉降至轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上。沉降的固相在螺旋輸送器葉片的推動下，從沉降區(qū)(圓柱轉(zhuǎn)鼓)通過干燥區(qū)(圓維轉(zhuǎn)鼓)至固相出口排出;澄清后的液相從大端溢流口(或經(jīng)向心泵)排出。從而實現(xiàn)圖-液二相或固-液-液三相分離。
