工藝流程：和膏過程中會產生酸霧及粉塵，需要進行處理；噴淋式和膏除塵器采用二級噴淋系統及二級過濾系統，適合處理含少量粉塵的氣體；干凈的水由塔上部噴淋，含塵氣體由塔下部旋流而上；當含塵氣體經塔下部過濾層時，粉塵與淋濕的過濾介質相遇，粘在過濾介質表面，同時氣體的流速帶動過濾介質，使得過濾介質旋轉、跳動，可讓過濾介質表面各處能充分吸附粉塵，同時也可讓噴淋液充分沖洗過濾介質表面各處，提高過濾面積及效果；經過下層過濾層及噴淋系統后，相對潔凈的氣體再次經過上層過濾層，進行相同的過濾過程，使得氣體的潔凈程度再次提高；zui后氣體經過脫液裝置，處理掉氣體中的水分，經排放管達標排放。本設備既滿足合膏的風冷卻需要，又滿足環保排放之要求。
