WJ-1型玻璃鋼酸霧凈化塔，是凈化工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中產(chǎn)生*氣體、氟化氫氣體、氫氣、硫酸霧、鉻酸霧、氯氫酸氣體、堿蒸汽、硫化氫氣體、二氧化硫氣體及福爾馬林等水溶性氣體。本設(shè)備外形美觀、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、占地面積小、耐腐濁性、抗老化性能好，設(shè)備阻力低，安裝、運輸、維護管理方便等優(yōu)點，且凈化效果可靠，是目前國內(nèi)較理想的一種新穎廢氣凈化設(shè)備。
工藝流程：酸霧廢氣由風(fēng)機壓入凈化塔內(nèi)外筒夾套組成的勻稱室，經(jīng)過不等速迂回式的二道噴霧處理，進入交貨塔內(nèi)筒處理器，穿過有花片球式填料組成的填料層，再經(jīng)過二首噴霧處理，使氣液兩相充分接觸發(fā)生吸收中和反應(yīng)，經(jīng)處理后的廢氣再經(jīng)過脫器液處理，然后排入大氣。凈化后的廢氣達到《廢氣排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB16297-96）排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
