1.真實(shí)性:重組蛋白產(chǎn)品*經(jīng)過(guò)N末端氨基酸序列分析,必要時(shí)應(yīng)用SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC和質(zhì)譜(MS)檢測(cè)其真實(shí)性.
